Dr. Amir Kfir
Founder & CEO
Dr. Amir Kfir is an organizational consultant and management change leader. For over 25 years he has been helping companies worldwide in organizational transformation and has been a leader in the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) forum methodology process. His global experiences have led him to gain a deep understanding of cultural and business diversity.
Amir is known for his methodology of Nonflict which he spoke about in a TED talk in 2017. He is also the author of Nonflict: The Art of Everyday Peacemaking in which he offers practical tools and exercises for dealing with conflict.
