It is inspiring to see the intimate connections that can be made during just the first session of the Nonflict forum in business for entrepreneurs at Tel Aviv University. Ten entrepreneurs came together, many young and most strangers to one another, and shared life-changing experiences, offered each other lessons learned from their own businesses, gave each other feedback, and asked thought-provoking questions. The group developed its own voice and began to build a strong bond through a shared meaningful experience.
