The academic institutions we work with are at the heart of all that is new. They attract the brightest of minds and train them with the mission to make the world a better place.
Solving complex scientific problems, developing new technologies, and creating new business models to communicate those findings to markets in a sustainable way, all require different humans to work with each other, and this is where we bring our expertise.

Alumni networks
Life-long community
After graduating, alumni often feel disconnected and unsupported in their next ventures. After graduating, alumni often feel disconnected and unsupported in their next ventures. Forum for alumni can provide opportunities to leverage and strengthen the relationships, knowledge, and sense of belonging that students feel, and help members continue to grow personally and professionally. - What is the Forum for the alumni process? The Forum process takes members through several structured stages during each meeting and retreat, allowing participants to share their issues and concerns in a safe space with the other members. Participants learn how to identify core issues and their underlying cause, openly express what concerns them around this issue, provide one-on-one coaching to other alumni (which they will be trained to provide), and practice accountability through creating detailed action plans with the knowledge of being followed up on. - What makes Forum for Alumni successful? Forum is a successful process when it receives support from within the structures of the organization, when meetings are run according to the correct procedure as facilitated by a trained moderator, when meetings are regular, and with the appropriate materials and facilitation tools (to be provided). - How to implement Forum for alumni? Through a structured and guided implementation program, we can assist with launching and supporting the forum structure within your alumni network, scheduling regular moderators meetings, developing materials and facilitation tools, and providing training at various levels (individual coaching for moderators and vice-moderators, conflict resolution training and tools, feedback training), helping to create a practice of monitoring and reporting results and measuring ROIs, providing online support for questions and challenges, conducting forum survey analysis and plan of action for improvement, and providing support in the creation of Forum rules and operational guidebook.

Mentoring programs
Driving purposeful leadership
Mentoring is a powerful tool for personal and professional development. The overarching goal of the process is to provide tools for graduates to make both career and personal decisions in the best way possible, along with making a smooth transition from academic institutions to the workforce. We help pair mentors and mentees so that we can provide a meaningful experience for both sides. Mentors are supported in learning relevant and powerful skills and, in doing so, become mentors for life for the people around them. Finally, mentees are given the opportunity to learn from another individual and to build a relationship that could support them for a lifetime.
Key Ingredients:
It is a semi-annual program, which is composed of the following elements:
-
One-on-one meetings between the mentor and the graduate.
-
An opening and closing session for all graduates and mentors.
-
Several training sessions for graduates and mentors separately.

Entrepreneurship programs
Co-founding, redefined
Behind every successful venture, a group of people learned how to work well together. Formulating that group and building the right working relationship is the foundation of this program. We will teach how to recognize the necessary leadership styles, identify personal styles, understand how teammates can complement one another, and build a team that can channel conflict into a constructive process.
