She re-launched Sprite to become the fastest growing soft drink in Turkey’s CSD market - increasing market share from 1% to 4% with 140% volume growth in one year. As VP Marketing in Burda-Rizzoli GMBH, she brought a new edge to marketing in publishing – turning Hey Girl Magazine into the highest circulation women’s magazine in Turkey from 4,000 to 70,000 as well as launching international brands like Elle. She has gained deep insight about the complexity of business organizations and has built proven techniques to energize and mobilize different business units around major game-changing initiatives: In her role as Marketing Manager for Middle East and Africa in Microsoft she refocused region-wide marketing from a product focus to customer orientation leading region-wide marketing community. Bee Goddess  was chosen the number one brand to make a signature  on 21st century by Swiss Gold’Or after an emerging jewelry trends exhibition at Paris, Louvre among 200 designers from all around the globe and has been defined as ‘Enligthened Luxury’ in the international media. In less than two years she has successfully build a brand in the most competitive luxury market and has established herself as a thoughtleader. Ece was chosen among the top 10 women entrepreneurs in Turkey and also  among the top 100 people who would make a difference in Turkey as a brand arcihtect and a change catalyst. She also writes for economic magazines about ‘happynomics’ and how companies and people would be more relevant for the coming future. She is actively involved with social responsibilty through her volunteer consulting for AÇEV (Mother Child Education Foundation) with Bee Goddess Brand.

Since 2005 she is also working with the YPO organization.  She loves yoga, psychology, personal and spiritual growth studies.
