He has worked as an international corporate change management/therapist for the last 20 years, many years with the Adizes group, until founding his own company: Amirror. In this capacity he has worked with corporations ranging from $5 million -$4 billion in a broad variety of industries and countries. Among his clients: The Body Shop, the Salinas Group, Elektra, Unefon ,TV Azteca, Applied Materials, S&B Industrial Minerals, Yamaha and Kia, SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, Greek National Opera, Netafim, Hamashbir and many more. Amir has become a leading coach to top managers and leaders in personal and organizational transformation.
After running turn around sessions for the Young presidents organization (YPO) chapters in
Amir was one of the founding members of the "Peace Action Network" forum methodology and has been the facilitator of conflict forums around the world: Israeli - Arab, Arab- American, Greek- Turk, and Armenian- Turkish, Jewish Muslim forums for men and women, micro financing and education.

As dean of the YPO UK University and the YPO Scotland University, which were voted best ever universities, he developed and led forum like education in a dynamic and charismatic manner talking on problems and parallels between corporate and marriage lifecycles, enabling participants to gain greater insights into their own corporate and marital strengths, opportunities and challenges, while concurrently renewing dialogue, intimacy, empathy and commitment to grow in the marriage and business. He now teaches in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.
Education
Amir holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Dual Masters degree in Social and Industrial psychology. He has been a leading teacher in the Adizes graduate school of organizational transformation.
Amir's PhD work at CCU applies the "power of presence" in sales and personal transformation creating the concept of “Management Here and Now”
