The uniqueness of this workshop lies in its novel approach to sales as a holistic process which combined elements from various sales-related disciplines with unique surroundings. Participants exercised in creative visualization, performed Shiatsu stretching, learn and compared various sales models, sharpened their attention to small details, discuss biblical marketing strategies of the Crusaders (yes!), experimented with neuron-linguistic programming concepts and trained in eye contact selling.

The workshop’s main focus is the subject of energy: how do we create, build, and increase it in ourselves and in our customers throughout the sales opportunity? How do we focus in the “Here and Now” through various techniques that can be used before and during sales calls to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our customers, thus multiplying our chances of success.
The course revolves around real situations with built-in learning. Each exercise follows a self-reflection goal-reaching process. Participants are taught to focus on themselves, control and channel their own energy into reaching new summits, and a unique conceptual model to encompass their new learning.

In parallel, team-building exercises strengthened the bond between the participants while fostering emerging leadership skills.

The results achieved through this process are much deeper then the improvement in sales which immediately follows. General facts and numbers cannot describe accurately what really happens to people during the fragile change process. The art behind an effective workshop lies in producing the very qualitative changes that record-breaking heroes go through. Two experienced facilitators lead the group through a full experiential learning adventure designed to activate all senses. The aim of the workshop is to expose the salespeople to a number of keys to unlock their hidden potential, to enable them to select the method that worked best for them. One participant elected the creative visualization method: “on the way to the next sales call, I use this very powerful method, it works for ME!” others chose the “active listening” method after they were exposed to the mind-boggling feeling of real tune in to their customers. “We had read about some of these methods previously, but experimenting with them throughout the workshop and feeling results on ourselves in real time allowed the method to crystallize and become part of our repertoire.”
